New Technology

　　　We devote to R&D of APIs and intermediates of Center Neural System and Cardiovascular System medicament. We develop new synthetic route to ensure economy, environmental protection and owning independent intellectual property rights.

As example:

We have improved the synthetic route of Gabapentin and developed a new method ， which can be used to produce Gabapentin more conveniently, safely and cheaply. This method use CDI as raw material to produce Gabapentin through the steps of hydrolysis, alkalization and purification. Compare to the old route, the new route not only simplifies the operation, but also reduces the energy cost. It also reduces the step of second recrystallization that used in the old route. Especially we use a new recrystallization condition that can increase the ultimate yield and safety of the process. Finally we acquire high purity Gabapentin, the content of which is more than 99.5% tested by HPLC. We have registered Chinese patent No. 200510027467.6.
